Last updated: 13 October 2026. This policy explains how Stylin handles information when you browse Stylin’s website, place an order, contact us or use our WhatsApp support.

Information we collect
We collect the name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details you provide; your messages and any photos or unboxing videos you send for support; payment status and transaction references; and information such as IP address, device, browser, pages viewed and cookie identifiers generated when you use the site. We do not ask you to send full card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or passwords by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use this information to accept and deliver orders, process payments and refunds, provide tracking and customer support, investigate damaged-item claims, prevent fraud, maintain records required by law, secure and improve the site, and respond to your requests. We send promotional email or WhatsApp messages only when you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You can stop marketing messages by replying STOP or contacting us; necessary order and service messages may still be sent.
WhatsApp Business
If you start a chat with us or choose WhatsApp updates, your phone number and messages may be processed through WhatsApp/Meta and an authorised business messaging provider to answer you or send the updates you requested. We will respect opt-out requests. Please do not include payment credentials or sensitive identity information in a chat. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy notice also apply to its service.
Payments, delivery and other service providers
We share only the information needed with our website provider, payment gateway (including Razorpay when offered at checkout), banks, delivery partners, customer-support and messaging providers, and analytics or advertising services if enabled. Payment details are entered into the payment provider’s secure checkout; we receive a transaction result rather than your full card or UPI credentials. Service providers may process data under their own policies. We may also disclose information when law requires it or to protect customers and our rights. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies for the cart, login and checkout, plus analytics or advertising cookies where configured. These may record visits and interactions. You can control cookies through your browser, though blocking essential cookies may affect checkout. If a separate consent choice appears on the site, use it to manage optional cookies.
Location and maps
If you enter a delivery PIN code or address, we use it to check serviceability and deliver the order. If you choose to use a Google map on the site, Google may process information under its own privacy policy. We do not require your device’s precise location to browse.
Retention and security
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Support photos or videos are kept only as long as reasonably needed to investigate the claim and meet those obligations. We use reasonable access and security measures, but no online system is completely risk-free.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to ask what personal data we hold, correct inaccurate details, request deletion where permitted, withdraw consent for optional processing, or raise a privacy complaint. We will verify the request and respond under applicable Indian law. Withdrawing optional marketing consent does not prevent us from completing an existing order or keeping records that law requires. You may also use available legal complaint channels.
Children and updates
Our site is intended for adults shopping for clothing. If we learn that a child’s personal data was submitted without appropriate authorisation, we will address it in accordance with applicable law.
